Falansai's dishes celebrate the rich heritage of Vietnamese food and its influences from the French and Chinese cuisine, especially from the ChaoZhou region. The menu includes a mix of classic Vietnamese dishes, including Shaking Beef, Imperial Rolls, and Pork-belly Claypot, as well as well as innovative take on Vietnamese cuisine.
