New York City’s pandemic era bike boom fizzled this summer — but Transportation Commissioner Hank Gutman on Thursday pointed to years-long trends he said showed cycling is here to stay.

  1. Bicycling is a “thing”…is that a technical term from this appoints politico? It’s only a thing until the foul weather predominates the City. And do we really what these pedaling pests swarming out streets? Not to mention arriving to destinations all sweaty and smelly. Oh please!
