The man charged with setting a woman on fire Sunday morning, ultimately killing her, as she slept in the New York City subway is being held without bail, reports ABC News.
The suspect, identified by police on Monday as 33-year-old Sebastian Zapeta, an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala, was taken into custody hours after the incident and charged with first- and second-degree murder and first-degree arson, according to police.
