An NYPD cop accused of firing his gun at his girlfriend’s estranged husband during an off-duty Brooklyn car chase has been fired from the force, the Daily News has learned. Officer Kevin Marcial, who nearly lost his job 10 years ago in an unrelated disciplinary matter, argued he should be allowed to remain a cop because in pleading guilty to departmental charges he acknowledged he was wrong and showed remorse, NYPD documents show.
