NYPD officers rescued a 30-year-old man who fell through the ice on Prospect Park Lake Sunday evening. The rescue happened shortly after 9 p.m. near the Croquet Shelter. Officers received a 911 call about a distressed man walking on the frozen lake and found him standing next to a buoy.
