"The Commission" smoke shop, located at 329 Irving Ave. in Bushwick, is the latest smoke shop closure in Mayor Eric Adam's "Operation Padlock to Protect." The storefront is gated shut, with signage posted from the sheriff's office. Signage states the shop was shut down on Tuesday, Aug. 27, for the sale of illicit cannabis products.
