It's Rat Week and the New York City Parks Department is thinking "outside the box" when it comes to decreasing pizza trash. The bins made their way to Saratoga Park in Bed-Stuy after a pilot program in Central Park. As News 12 previously reported, Central Park Conservancy said it was removing 100 pizza boxes a day from these bins.
