The family of a slain 23-year-old is offering a cash reward for information in his death. Police say Kyle Smith was found at 123 Herkimer St. in Bed-Stuy with gunshot wounds at 6:15pm on Friday. News 12 spoke with Smith's family. His mother, Charmaine Little, says he was a light in everyone's lives. “Kyle was very silly, fun-loving, artsy. He loved his family, really loved his family, very close with his siblings," said Little. Little says Smith was an artist, moving from Baltimore to New York to pursue his dreams.
