The affordable housing lottery for 33 Franklin St. in Greenpoint, Brooklyn has launched.
There will be 24 apartment units available for applicants who have income ranging between $55,680 (one person) through $165,230 (three people), according to NYC Housing Connect.
Units include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Half of the available units will likely go to residents who already live in the Greenpoint community board district.
Tenants are responsible for electrical utilities including stove, heat and hot water. Additional fees apply for acess to parking, fitness center, rooftop and outdoor terrace.
Applications are due May 20, 2024.
