A mum diagnosed with breast cancer two months after finding out she was pregnant has given birth to her own "little miracle".
Carolyn Gammon was able to have chemotherapy during pregnancy and is now preparing to undergo surgery.
She has described how she tackled her illness head-on in the hope it will help other women facing the same situation.
