Brooklyn Wedding Fair Returns to Gowanus on Sept. 29

The fair offers a curated selection of photography, fitness and dress vendors.

The Brooklyn Wedding Fair will return for its second edition on Sunday, Sept. 29, offering couples an intimate look at the best of the borough's wedding industry.

The event will take place at Green Boutique in Gowanus from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, its organizers said in a press release.

The Brooklyn Wedding Fair aims to provide an alternative to larger, more impersonal expos. Attendees can expect a carefully curated selection of vendors, offering everything from photography and decor to wedding attire and fitness training, in a personalized setting.

"We were overwhelmed by the positive response to our first fair," said Alessandro Spreafico, co-founder of Brooklyn Dance Lessons and organizer of the Brooklyn Wedding Fair. "Couples and vendors connected in a way that truly reflects the spirit of Brooklyn—authentic, creative, and full of passion."

This year’s event is sponsored by several local businesses, including:

  • Brooklyn Dance Lessons, which offers tailored private lessons and group classes for couples preparing for their first dance.
  • Red Oyster, a catering company specializing in bespoke seafood experiences.
  • Printique, an online photo lab offering high-quality printing services for preserving wedding memories.
  • Studio Pilates, which provides personalized fitness training to help couples look and feel their best for the big day.

Additional vendors include Revolazza for wedding attire, A Chic Officiant for bilingual ceremonies, and The Layout Collective, offering bespoke wedding stationery with a modern, playful touch.
