Police in Brooklyn are seeking the shooter who gunned down a 21-year-old man on Thursday afternoon. Officers from the 75th Precinct responded to a 911 call and a ShotSpotter activation at the corner of Belmont and Euclid Avenues in East New York at about 12:48 pm on March 28. ShotSpotter is the NYPD’s network of sound sensors designed to pickup possible sounds of gunfire, and initiate a rapid police response.
