Woman Wearing Keffiyeh Attacked and Called a Nazi in Brooklyn Assault

A woman wearing a keffiyeh was beaten up on a Brooklyn street by two strangers who called her a Nazi, police said Monday. The 38-year-old victim was attacked by two women on Franklin Avenue near St. Mark’s Avenue in Crown Heights about 8:50pm on Sunday, cops said. The victim was wearing a keffiyeh, the scarf associated with the plight of Palestinians, when the assailants called her a Nazi, punched her in the face and shoved her to the ground.
