Williamsburg residents walking home Monday night were shocked and terrified after they say a mystery liquid was among the things apparently thrown onto them as they walked underneath a second-story apartment on Kent Avenue. One victim, who asked not to be identified, said "I just felt just a massive amount of water fall on me."
