A suspect allegedly stole from a visually impaired man on a subway platform in Brooklyn earlier this month, police said Wednesday. The incident happened at the Neptune Avenue subway station in Coney Island around 3:50pm on June 7, according to the NYPD. The suspect, who was standing on the subway platform holding a box of candy, allegedly approached the 58-year-old victim and stole his cellphone out of his pocket, police said.
