The Brooklyn district attorney says three people are facing hate crime charges after the Brooklyn Museum director and board members homes were vandalized back in June. Taylor Peloton, of Queens, Samuel Seligson, of Brooklyn, and Gabriel Schubiner, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, were presented with a 25-count indictment. Charges include "making a terroristic threat as a hate crime" and "criminal mischief as a hate crime."
