Tenants of Dilapidated Flatbush Building Demand Better Living Conditions

A resident who has lived in the building for 32 years said it hasn't been maintained for years.

Tenants at an apartment building in Flatbush say they are living with broken floors, mold, leaks and holes. Some residents who live in the building on East 21st Street describe their living conditions to News 12. "I'm not moving anywhere, they're going to fix these problems," said tenant Cheryl Joddard. "I'm 72 years old and I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired," said tenant coordinator Walter McQueen. "I'm tired, I'm frustrated, I've loved living in my building when it was a building. Now, I just want to get the hell out," said tenant Corinne Mathew. Click here to read more on brooklyn.news12.com.
