The NYPD says a 16-year-old cyclist is dead after being struck by a vehicle on Ditmas Avenue and Coney Island Avenue in Kensington. Police say the incident happened just before 2 p.m. News 12 obtained exclusive surveillance video of the incident. Authorities also say a 15-year-old teen was taken to Maimonides Medical Center and is in stable condition.
