The gunman wanted for a Brooklyn subway shooting in which two people were struck, including a bystander, was arrested Tuesday, police said. Alexander Villafana, 20, was charged with attempted murder, assault, gun possession and reckless endangerment. Villafana allegedly opened fire during an argument on a Manhattan-bound C train early evening on Nov.28, striking the intended target, a 17-year-old, in the hand and a bystander, a 57-year-old man, in his left ankle.
