'She Was Crying Pretty Hard'- Woman Injured in Brooklyn Shooting

An eyewitness said the woman was hit while crossing the street.

Police said they are searching for a gunman who fired wildly into a Brooklyn street on Saturday night and wounded a bystander. Members of the 83rd Precinct are now working to track down a reckless shooter who rattled off shots near the corner of Wyckoff Avenue and Menahan Street in Bushwick at about 8:25pm on May 11. While investigators said they are still working to determine who the suspect was targeting, police said a 38-year-old woman was caught in the crossfire, taking a bullet to her leg.
