Police say they have made another arrest in the fatal 2017 shooting of a college student in East Flatbush. Detectives say 35-year-old Dean Boland faces charges of murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Police say 20-year-old Justin Hackley was shot multiple times in front of 533 Ocean Ave. in East Flatbush on July 11, 2017. In 2019, Rasheed Boland was arrested in Texas.
