Police are asking for help locating a 69-year-old woman from Brooklyn who has been missing for over a week. Sheng Chen of 3017 Church Avenue was last seen at around 8 a.m. on Jan. 29, police say. Chen is described as 5’2” and around 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown vest, black jeans, and pink slippers, police say.
