A man was hit in the head with a glass bottle on a Brooklyn street Monday after refusing to give the suspect money, police said. The assailant attacked the 24-year-old man after asking him for some cash near 204 Ditmas Ave. in Kensington at around 9 a.m., according to the NYPD.
