The NYPD on Thursday released a photo of a man wanted in connection with the deadly shooting at the West Indian American Day Parade in Brooklyn earlier this month. Five people were shot, including one fatally, along the route of the parade on Eastern Parkway near Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights on Sept. 2. A man walked up to the crowd and started shooting, police said. The motive for the shooting is unclear, but it’s believed to have been targeted, NYPD officials said.
