A person was struck by a subway train in Brooklyn Wednesday afternoon, resulting in part of the R line being suspended, according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
The individual was struck at 53rd Street at around 2:02pm, according to the police. Witnesses say the man was running on the tracks, according to Pix11.com.
Another person was struck in Queens on the 7 train, as well as at the Cathedral Parkway–110th Street subway station in Manhattan on Wednesday. Read more here on Pix11.com.
