A person was fatally struck by a train in Brooklyn on Wednesday, causing delays along the D line, according to the MTA. The person was struck near Bay Parkway around 8:45am and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the FDNY. Southbound D trains ran with delays along the N line from 36th Street to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue and ran express from 62nd Street to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue, bypassing Bay Parkway, according to the MTA.
