A community left in mourning now has a new place to remember and honor their loved ones who died due to crime-related incidents. Families gathered at the Wyckoff Gardens Houses in Boerum Hill for the unveiling of a new mural that is dedicated to shining a light and giving those missing their loved ones a place to laugh, cry, pray and come together. The mural was made by Traci Mallor, Karen Oh, and Mayele Alogon. "I can't duck this no more. Before I used to stay in the house, being couped up," said Steven Spain.
