One man is dead and three others injured after a maritime accident occured in the Brooklyn waters on Saturday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The NYPD Harbor unit and members of the FDNY received a report of a boating accident a few minutes before noon. A small boat with three people on board collided with a jet ski near Avenue X and Gerritsen Avenue, police said. Two people were taken to Coney Island Hospital to be treated for their injuries.
