A resident at the NYCHA Boulevard Houses is raising safety concerns due to a broken entrance door in her building. Latoya Druck, who has lived in the building for 15 years, says the broken door lock has turned the lobby into a hangout spot for teenagers and others who don’t live there. “A lot of the kids come in, and the door is not fixed," said Druck.
