New Owners Pledge Repairs at Wyndham Plaza After Years of Complaints

Residents say they are hopeful that this change will lead to much-needed improvements around the complex.
Residents in an East New York apartment complex may soon get relief from their leaky pipes, mold and rodents. Wyndham Plaza, which has over 1,500 units, just got taken over by new ownership. Camber Group is now in control of the property - and director Joshua Weisstuch says there is a lot of work to be done. He says his group is getting right to work, tending to every "legitimate" violation and complaint that has been filed in the building.
