A 44-year-old is facing charges of promoting prostitution in a school zone. Nongchu Huang was arrested Thursday morning after the NYPD was tipped off by Assemblymember Jamie Williams earlier this week. Constituents told her that Linglong Harmony Spa in Marine Park was not only operating as a spa, but that it was believed that illicit activities were taking place inside.
