Police say a man is wanted for assaulting a woman with a broom stick in Brooklyn. According to the NYPD, it's unclear what led up to the attack, but they say the man punched the victim on the body, face and struck her with a broom on June 21 at around 9:15am. The victim was transported to Brookdale Medical Center in stable condition. Police describe the man to be 5 feet 4 inches, a slim build, and last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket, pink-colored sleeveless shirt, tan pants and black sneakers.
