Police are asking for the public’s help locating the suspect responsible for fatally stabbing a man Saturday in Brownsville. They say a 911 call brought officers to the scene of an assault in progress on the corner of Hedgeman Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found 47-year-old Noel Williams covered in multiple stab wounds to his cheek, arm and left thigh. Williams was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
