The NYPD is searching for a man who tried to snatch a gold chain from a 77-year-old woman. According to police, he approached the woman on the A train in Brooklyn. He attempted to snatch her chain but was unsuccessful, only breaking it before running off at the Nostrand Avenue subway stop.
