Brooklyn detectives are on the hunt for the suspect who shot a man dead at a public housing complex on Wednesday night. Police said the homicide happened at about 9:12pm on Feb. 12 behind an apartment building in the Tompkins Houses at 744 Park Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Officers from the 79th Precinct and NYPD PSA 3, in responding to a 911 call about the incident, located the victim, a 37-year-old man, with a gunshot wound to his chest.
