An 18-year-old man was found dead in water in Brooklyn Wednesday, police said. The body was found in water near Allen Avenue and Garland Court in the Gerritsen Beach neighborhood around 4:50pm, according to the NYPD. Authorities sent harbor and aviation units to the scene.
