The killer who shot a man dead at a Brooklyn apartment building early on Sunday morning remains at large at this time, police reported. Law enforcement sources said the deadly shooting occurred at about 1:02 am on March 10 at 673 Sterling Place in Crown Heights. Officers from the 77th Precinct, in responding to a 911 call about a man shot, found 40-year-old Lavel Fraiser, of Washington Avenue, at the scene with a bullet wound to his torso.
