A man was taken into custody in connection to a double fatal stabbing in an apartment in Brooklyn, according to the NYPD. Roosevelt Simmons, 91, and Jacqueline Delyons, 66, were found lying on the kitchen floor with slash wounds to their necks Sunday afternoon, police say. The victims appear to be a father and daughter, according to the NYPD. Lewis Kerry, 46, of Brooklyn, was arrested Monday afternoon.
