A 71-year-old man was arrested Monday morning for allegedly forcibly touching a teenager on a subway train in Brooklyn on June 18, according to the NYPD. Lam La of Queens was taken into custody around 10:46am. The incident happened at around 12:30pm on a Brooklyn-bound N train, police said. La allegedly approached the 15-year-old girl, touched her, and forced her to kiss him, according to the NYPD. La allegedly made verbal threats during the interaction, police said.
