A man has been charged for allegedly "strangling" an MTA bus driver after a crash in Brooklyn on Tuesday. The suspect appeared in court on Wednesday and was given supervised release despite the alleged violent crime. MTA leaders and union heads say this is yet another example of the dangers MTA workers face each day.
