Rina Deych says she caught two people abandoning three cats on her stoop on camera last month, following a similar incident in February. The Borough Park resident has now taken in 11 indoor cats and 19 outdoor cats. "I built shelters for them, and I feed them every day," Deych said. Her doorstep now looks like a cat sanctuary, with cat cages covering her entire porch.
