The affordable housing lottery for two buildings in Bushwick and Bedford Stuyvesant is now open.
The 1510 Broadway Apartments is a newly constructed building located in Bed-Stuy. It consists of 108 units with a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Residents will enjoy free internet, bike storage, package room, a large beautiful landscaped outdoor area and a 1,400-square-foot indoor recreation space.
The rent for studios start at $486 per month, while one-bedrooms start at $617 per month, two-bedrooms at $727 per month, while a three-bedroom starts at $829 per month.
The application period for this housing lottery ends on July 18.
Meanwhile, on the border of Bushwick and Bed-Stuy is 1100 Myrtle Avenue, also called the MC. There are 70 units available in the building, which comes up a fitness center a big roof deck. The apartments boast floor-to-ceiling windows.
Rent for studios start at $1,585 per month, while one-bedrooms start at $1,692 per month and two-bedrooms start at $2,108.
The lottery for this building closes on July 23.
