Multiple families had their Thanksgiving dinners interrupted when a fire forced several buildings in Brooklyn Heights to be evacuated, according to the FDNY.

Firefighters also found high carbon monoxide levels in two nearby buildings. Power was turned off in the three affected buildings and families were evacuated, but first responders did save some holiday meals. Click here to read more on brooklyn.news12.com.
