A two-alarm fire broke out late Monday night at 379 Eastern Pkwy. in Crown Heights, sending thick smoke into the air and lighting up the night with flames.
The FDNY says they received the call at 11:38pm about a fire on the third floor of the four-story apartment building. Over 100 firefighters and EMS personnel responded, working quickly to contain the flames. Video taken from a nearby building shows heavy smoke billowing and flames glowing from the structure.
