Police say 56-year-old Idell Holloway was found unresponsive at the Seth Low houses in Brownsville on Nov. 16. She was taken to Brookdale Hospital where she later died. Officials say her death being ruled a homicide. The medical examiner said that "the cause of death is blunt trauma of head and torso, with subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage and pelvic and rib fractures."
