Police say a woman was found dead with a wire wrapped around her neck Wednesday evening inside an East New York apartment. Authorities say police were called to the scene on Flatlands Avenue for a wellness check. Once inside, police say they found the woman face up on the living room floor with the wire wrapped around her neck.
