James faces several charges including two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree manslaughter and first-degree kidnapping.

An East Flatbush man is facing 25 years to life in prison after he allegedly lured his neighbor’s three-year-old son into a vacant apartment before beating and drowning him to death, according to Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez. Kevin James, 29, is charged with second-degree murder and kidnapping in connection with the death of Denim Brown.
