The owner of Holistic Bliss Smoothie and Juices says a thief stole a cart that offered free books to the community in Marine Park. Stephanie, the owner, says she wanted to give back to the community. That's why she set up a cart outside her shop that offered free books, puzzles and toys to neighbors passing by.
