The NYPD says a 63-year-old woman was robbed by two men in broad daylight last Friday. News 12 obtained exclusive video showing a shocking robbery that happened when the two men approached the victim while she was in her vehicle. The exclusive surveillance shows the first man planting a few dollars near the rear of her car. Then, he proceeds to call her over and helped her pick it up.
