Commuter Sustains Minor Injuries in Brooklyn Subway Attack

The NYPD is appealing to the public to help locate the man identified in a surveillance image.

 A man was punched in the face by a stranger on the subway in New York City last month, police said Wednesday. The incident happened on a southbound A train in Brooklyn around 5:15 pm on March 30, according to the NYPD. As the train was approaching the Jay Street–MetroTech station, the suspect stood up and allegedly punched a 40-year-old man sitting next to him, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries, according to authorities. The suspect then fled the subway station on foot, police said. Click here to read more on pix11.com
